Welcome to PawBehavior ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the PawBehavior mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Important Medical and Veterinary Disclaimer

• The App is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, medical treatment, or in-person behavioral evaluation.
• Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay in seeking it because of something you read on this App.
• If your pet is showing signs of distress, illness, aggression, or a medical emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.

By using the App, you acknowledge that AI can occasionally produce inaccurate or "hallucinated" information. We assume no liability for actions taken based on the App's outputs.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You may upload videos and text related to your pet (collectively, "Content"). You retain ownership of your Content. By uploading Content, you grant us a license to process and transmit this data securely to our third-party AI service providers strictly for the purpose of generating your analysis.

You agree NOT to upload Content that:

• Depicts or promotes animal abuse, cruelty, or neglect.
• Contains sexually explicit material, bestiality, or illegal acts.
• Violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is unrelated to animal behavior (e.g., videos of humans for medical advice).

We reserve the right to delete any Content and immediately terminate the accounts of users who violate these rules.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

PawBehavior offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., "Monthly Pro" or "Yearly Pro").

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play after purchase. Uninstalling the App will not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: All payments are handled by Apple or Google. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. Please contact the respective app store for refund requests.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawBehavior and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
• Any content obtained from the App, including AI-generated advice.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
