3. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Services
To provide our core pet behavior analysis, we utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence APIs.
- Third-Party AI Service Providers: The videos and questions you upload are securely transmitted to third-party Artificial Intelligence platforms for processing. Your media is processed securely and is strictly used to generate the behavioral analysis you requested.
- Firebase: We use Google Firebase to securely store your user data, analyses history, and media files.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to process and manage in-app subscriptions securely.
We do not sell your personal information or media to third parties.
4. Data Security and Retention
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. Videos are temporarily compressed on your device and securely transmitted to our backend servers for processing.
We retain your account data and analysis history so you can access it in the App. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team or deleting your account from within the App settings.
5. Children's Privacy
PawBehavior is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take steps to remove such information.
